Prices

The rental for each cottage during 2012 is £445 per week during low season and £545 per week during high season. Our change-over day is Sunday; guests will have access to the cottage from 4pm on the first Sunday of your stay to 10am on the last Sunday. We do not let the cottages for part-weeks during high season. During the winter months, it may be possible to agree different change-over arrangements and shorter stays – please indicate your requirements on the booking form. The booking calendars indicate the price band (low or high season) for each week.

Prices are reviewed annually, and any increases will be updated on the website at the end of the calendar year. Bookings made before the end of the calendar year for dates in the next calendar year will be charged at the old rates.

Conditions

Payment will be required in Sterling; we can accept either cheques or credit card payments (via Paypal).
A deposit of £150 per cottage/week booked is required within 7 days to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
The balance of the rentals must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If the balance has not been paid by that time, we will consider the booking to have been cancelled.
In the event of a cancellation after the balance has been paid, the balance will be refunded only if we are able to re-let the weeks booked.
Guests that use the WiFi service are granted permission to do so only on the condition that their use of the service adheres to the “WiFi - Acceptable Use Policy” that is included in the information folder in the cottage.
Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover the cost of cancellation.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages.
